In addition to general user data, Tuluminati collects specific Google user data when users connect their Google Calendar. This includes:
This data is used exclusively to allow users to view and manage their trips within the Tuluminati app.
Tuluminati complies with all applicable developer policies from Google, Spotify, and Ticketmaster regarding API data usage.
When you connect your Spotify account, Tuluminati accesses limited Spotify data such as your listening activity, playlists, and top artists. This data is used exclusively to recommend concerts, festivals, and events aligned with your music preferences.
Tuluminati does not sell or share Spotify data with advertisers or third-party data brokers. Spotify data is retained only as long as your account is connected, and deleted immediately if you disconnect Spotify from Tuluminati.
You may revoke access at any time in the Tuluminati app or via your Spotify account settings.
Tuluminati’s use of Spotify data complies with the Spotify Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
Tuluminati complies with all applicable developer policies from Google, Spotify, and Ticketmaster regarding API data usage.
Tuluminati integrates with Ticketmaster to allow users to discover events and purchase tickets directly through the Ticketmaster platform.
By using Tuluminati’s event discovery features, you acknowledge that when purchasing tickets you will be redirected to Ticketmaster and subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Tuluminati complies with all applicable developer policies from Google, Spotify, and Ticketmaster regarding API data usage.
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following strict organizational procedures and security protocols related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the Owner, certain types of personnel involved in the operation of this Application (e.g., administration, legal, system administration) may have access to the Data. Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected.
Google user data obtained via API integration (such as Google Calendar events) is not permanently stored on Tuluminati servers and is only retained for as long as necessary to provide app functionality. If a user disconnects Google Calendar, all synced events are deleted immediately.

The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:
In any case, the Owner will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
